Oregon Ballet Foundation

Mission Statement

The mission of the Oregon Ballet Foundation is to promote, support and
train youth in the joy of quality dance in an environment that builds confidence,
self esteem and positive relationships.

Established in 2006, the Foundation was created as a sister organization to the Oregon Ballet Academy. Its vision and purpose is to provide resources to support student dance scholarships, mentorship, performances and community awareness of the joy of dance. In its first year, the Foundation produced its first all-children's production of The Nutcracker. In 2008, the Foundation has developed a Boys Scholarship Program, sponsoring a tuition-free All Boys Ballet Class.
